Events in 2010
Here at the Mill
Following the success of the 2009 First Friday events, a further series of exhibitions and events will take place at the Mill during 2010. The aim of these events is to showcase high quality work by contemporary artists principally, but not exclusively, based in Warwickshire.
Each exhibition will be launched at an open evening from 6pm to 8:30pm on the first Friday of the month. After this, the work will be able to be viewed by appointment for up to three weeks.
The programme for 2010 is:-
- Friday 2rd April: "Departures" New work by artists who have shown at the Mill before, together with pieces by artists exhibiting for the first time
- Friday 7th May: "Line and Form" An exhibition with a focus on drawing, print and sculpture
- Friday 4th June: "Colour and Light" A mixed media summer show
- Friday 2nd July: "Arts Week Preview" A taste of work to be shown at Warwickshire Arts Week July 3rd to 18th
- Friday 6th August**: "Arts Week Review" A revised version of the July exhibition, showing work by artists who will be opening their studios to visitors during 2010
- Friday 3rd September: "Opposites Attract" An exhibition pairing contrasting media and subject matter
** Please note that there will not be an open evening in August. The current exhibition will remain open by appointment throughout the summer.

The Studio at the Mill will be open from 1:30 to 5:30 daily from July 11th to July 18th
