With over 20 years experience as a teacher of art, design and the history of art I am confident that I will be able to help you advance your skills in these areas. I offer a range of options including private tuition, tailor-made classes for small groups and themed painting weekends.
Tutorials are available in the history and theory of art as well as classes which focus on practical techniques.
Private Tuition
This can be arranged at my studio at £60 per session.
There is no commitment to a course of lessons.
Your first session will consist of a minimum of 2 hours' discussion, demonstrations and advice; a programme of work will be devised which you can then either follow independently or through additional lessons.
Further private lessons can be arranged at times and intervals to suit.
Small Group Tuition
This can be arranged for a fixed fee of £120 for a half day, tailor-made, session for a maximum of 6 students or a minimum of 2. Mixed age groups are welcome, so you could come along with family and friends. Alternatively, if you are an individual wanting to join a group please contact me to express your interest and I will make every effort to accommodate you within booked sessions.
Bespoke in-service Training for Teachers
This can be arranged at my studio or in your school for a fixed fee of £150 for a half day or evening session for a maximum of 5 delegates.
